Collection Growth
- The JCCC Photography collection has grown to over 19,000 items uploaded, with thousands more in backlog waiting for metadata. The increase in scanning represents an increase in 4 to 20 complete or near-complete scanned years. Processes are now in place with library aides, archives, and invested librarians to ensure this process moves smoothly.
- With the addition of collections, ScholarSpace has increased in its rate of volume, as seen in Figure 1.
- Recent changes to the Sabbatical Agreement now has ScholarSpace submission mandatory, reading: A full, written report on the sabbatical leave is to be uploaded to ScholarSpace within 90 days of completion of the sabbatical leave. Other presentations concerning the leave may be requested. This should see a continued contribution.
