About Sponsorship

Each year the Summer Institute on Distance Learning and Instructional Technology (SIDLIT) draws over 300 participants plus approximately 10 sponsoring organizations. You are invited to join the ranks of SIDLIT sponsors and share your product or service with our attendees.

SIDLIT is the annual conference of Colleague 2 Colleague (c2conline.org), an organization for instructional technology professionals in Kansas, Missouri and surrounding states.

This year’s Institute will take place on Thursday and Friday, August 3-4 2017, at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS.

We believe that SIDLIT is a good investment of your marketing dollars because of the wide range of attendees.  Participants at SIDLIT are drawn from the ranks of:

  • Institutional Decision makers,
  • Teaching Faculty,
  • Technology Support Staff,
  • Student Services Professionals,
  • Librarians and
  • College Administrators.

Bronze Level Sponsorship

The $500 sponsorship fee includes:

  • a shared ad on the C2C/SIDLIT web site (240 x 400 pixels, alternating ad space shared with other SIDLIT sponsors) and
  • a Sponsor page on C2C/SIDLIT web site (c2conline.org).

Silver Level Sponsorship

The $650 sponsorship fee includes:

  • a shared ad on the C2C/SIDLIT web site (240 x 400 pixels, alternating ad space shared with other SIDLIT sponsors),
  • a Sponsor page on C2C/SIDLIT web site (c2conline.org) and
  • a booth space approximately 10 x 10 feet and we’ll supply a skirted 2×6 foot table with access to a single power outlet or
  • a 50-minute SIDLIT presentation session.

Gold Level Sponsorship

The $750 sponsorship fee includes:

  • a shared ad on the C2C/SIDLIT web site (240 x 400 pixels, alternating ad space shared with other SIDLIT sponsors),
  • a Sponsor page on C2C/SIDLIT web site (c2conline.org),
  • a booth space approximately 10 x 10 feet and we’ll supply a skirted 2×6 foot table with access to a single power outlet and
  • a 50-minute SIDLIT presentation session.

Platinum Level Sponsorship

The $1,500 sponsorship fee includes (up to 4 available):

  • a shared ad on the C2C/SIDLIT web site (240 x 400 pixels, alternating ad space shared with other SIDLIT sponsors)
  • a Sponsor page on C2C/SIDLIT web site (c2conline.org),
  • a booth space approximately 10 x 10 feet and we’ll supply a skirted 2×6 foot table with access to a single power outlet and
  • a 50-minute SIDLIT presentation session
  • plus recognition as a Conference Break sponsor (i.e., Thursday welcome coffee break, Thursday afternoon cookie break, Friday morning brunch break or Friday afternoon “hit the road home snack break”).

All sponsors are recognized at our opening plenary session as well.  Additionally, all sponsors are invited to provide door prizes for those in attendance at our closing session.  Typically this consists of memorabilia that has the company’s logo on it and/or a half-dozen free licenses of the company’s product.

Sponsor registration and fee payment is handled completely online. You can request and pay for a sponsorship at https://secure.touchnet.com/C20110_ustores/web/category.jsp?CATID=685. No new sponsorships will be accepted after June 30, 2017.

Sponsor booths are available for the duration of the conference in a high traffic sponsor area. The shared ad will be run from receipt of your sponsorship fee (with receipt of your ad copy/graphics) through until December 31, 2017. The earlier you commit, the earlier your company’s logo appears for the 1,000+ C2C/SIDLIT members and the public visitors to our web site.
