Olympic Engraving, LLC – Production Coordinator

Part time or Full Time:
Permanent Part Time Position, starting 20-30 hours per week, 3-4 days per week. This position can work into a full time job for the right person who exhibits they are a hard worker, dependable, accurate in work product and a good fit for the company. Need flexibility to work some evenings and Saturdays on occasion.

Duties:
Artwork set-up and production for printing and engraving company

Qualifications Needed:
Seeking individual with excellent detail skills and exceptional work ethic. Experience with graphics software, Corel is preferred. Comfortable with Excel, spreadsheet functionality and print merges. Experience with engraving or vinyl printing a plus. References required.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide installation and day-to-day support for hardware, software, and network components for desktop personal computers.
  • Provide advanced technical support to local network or system users, troubleshoot difficult user software or hardware problems, and repair equipment.
  • Perform first-level support for questions and problems relating to microcomputer hardware, software, and/or networks.
  • Interface with vendors in addressing complex problems and technical issues.
  • Maintain and upgrade network systems for specific requirements as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree in a technical area, such as Information Technology or Computer Science. In lieu of a degree, comparable education and at least four years of experience may also be considered.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
