Full Time. Must be available to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday – Friday.
Reports to: Programmer/Analyst
Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited too):
- Providing general help desk support for our end users
- Supporting the initiatives of the Tickets For Less IT department
- Performing general organizational and administrative functions for the IT department
- Coordinating the scheduling of calls and meetings with Tickets For Less IT 3rd party vendors
- Providing excellent support and service to our end users in an efficient manner
- Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Must have an aptitude for technology and technical support
- Educational pursuit in Computer Science, IT Management or similar preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal & written
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills required
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a group setting
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Must be available to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
