Andrea Broomfield’s Creative NonFiction Publication

Andrea Broomfield, professor of English, has published her first piece of creative nonfiction.  Her piece, “Dorothy’s Chili,” was chosen as the essay of the month for March by The Inquisitive Eater, a publication by The New School University in New York City.  FYI: Sometimes odd things can end up in a pot of chili.
