  • Submissions are encouraged as early as possible.
  • Students will be notified of acceptance within a week.
  • Boe award submission: January 23 (paper confirmed by dean or director)
  • Britt award nomination by dean or director: February 13th

Registration deadlines:

  • Early bird: February 6th
  • Regular deadline: February 20th

Hotel block registration deadline: February 13th
