Abstract submission deadline: February 13th
- Submissions are encouraged as early as possible.
- Students will be notified of acceptance within a week.
- Boe award submission: January 23 (paper confirmed by dean or director)
- Britt award nomination by dean or director: February 13th
Registration deadlines:
- Early bird: February 6th
- Regular deadline: February 20th
Hotel block registration deadline: February 13th

- Early Bird rate: $125 before February 6, 2026
- Regular rate: $150 no later than February 20, 2026
