The Council Addressing Substance Abuse Issues (CASAI) will be screening the movie, Drunks, starring Faye Dunaway, Richard Lewis, Sam Rockwell, and Parker Posey, among other Hollywood celebrities.
The Plot: “An Alcoholics Anonymous meeting provides the framework of this slice-of-life drama. The meeting is seen from start to finish as it takes place in the dingy basement of a church. The plot is adapted from screenwriter Gary Lennon’s play Blackout.”
