Accessing Software Center on JCCC Windows Device

  1. Select the Windows logo key on the keyboard
  2. Scroll down the Program List and select Microsoft System Center.
  3. Select Software Center.
  4. Locate the Software you wish to install.  Software is categorized on the left side of the screen under Applications or Operating Systems.
  5. Select the software you wish to install, select the Install button.

After you click on install you can see in software center under status when it is installed.

Accessing Parallels Application Portal on JCCC Mac Devices

  1. Open Finder by selecting the Finder icon in the dock.
  2. Select Applications on the left side of the screen, located in the favorites list.
  3. Select Parallels Application Portal.
  4. Locate the software you wish to install, select the Install button.

Which Windows operating system is installed on my device

  1. Select the Windows logo key on the keyboard
  2. Scroll down the Program List and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select About
  5. The version of Windows is listed under Windows Specification
