Introduction

 

Professor Bobanne Kalkofen, ASID, IIDA, REGREEN Certified has been a faculty member in the Interior Design Program  at Johnson County Community College since 1984 and currently serves as the Interior Design Program Chair.  Professor Kalkofen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Missouri College of Human Environmental Sciences  with a major in Interior Design and a Master of Liberal Arts with the emphasis in Education from Baker University.  Professor Kalkofen previously taught at the University of Wisconsin – Lacrosse and Park University, in Missouri.

Bobanne Kalkofen is certified by the National Coucil for Interior Design Qualification and is a Professional Member of the  International Interior Design Association, the American Society of Interior Designers and is a Past President of the Missouri West/Kansas Chapter of ASID.   Bobanne Kalkofen is certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications and is a member of National Kitchen and Bath Association. Professor Kalkofen received Regreen Certification form The Americal Society of Interior Designers and the United States Green Building Council.  Bobanne Kalkofen completed the Fundamental Level Training for the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America and the Associate Level Window Fashion Certified Professional.

Kalkofen Interior Design, owned by Bobanne Kalkofen, is both a residential and commercial interior design service, with special expertise in funeral home design.
