William Blake, engineer from Garmin, Corp., is scheduled to visit JCCC on Wednesday, October 5. Blake will present “How Math Makes Us Money” to a student audience at 2:00 p.m. in COM 319. Later that afternoon, he will present “Building the Bridge from Academia to Industry” to the math division faculty. The visit is being coordinated by the Faculty Engagement and Student Engagement Committees of the Math Division.
