JCCC Campus Police Officer Charged with Rape and Sodomy
Prosecutors charged Rodrigo Sanchez-Flores, 27, of De Soto, Kansas, with one count of first-degree rape and one count of first-degree sodomy in Jackson County Circuit Court earlier this month.
