On May 21, JCCC will be hosting an all-day statistics workshop. The presenter is Marjorie Bond, professor of mathematics and computer science at Monmouth College, and the title of the workshop is “Identifying and Addressing Difficult Concepts for Students in the Introductory Statistics Course”. The workshop is sponsored by CAUSE, the Consortium for the Advancement of Undergraduate Statistics Education. Enrollment is limited, and advanced registration is required.
