The Cavs have 2,538 points, and with a new arsenal of skilled players, they are determined to send home anyone who stands in their way, as they have secured the #1 seed and will be playing the winners of KCKCC vs. Highland Community College at home on Friday at 1 p.m.

The Cavs kicked off their postseason run in a home game against Labette Community College on Monday, March 3. This was no problem for them, as they finished the game 78-51.

“I thought our guys played well on Monday. Great start to the postseason but we also know that it is going to get tougher each step of the way,” said men’s basketball coach Rand Chappell.

Their next match up will be this Friday at home versus Allen Community College for the semifinals.
