Johnson County Community College is celebrating a huge achievement—the women’s basketball team’s national championship victory. The Cavaliers brought home the title after an impressive season filled with grit, teamwork, and determination. 

To recognize the team’s incredible accomplishment, JCCC is hosting a celebration on Friday, March 28 at 12 p.m. Students, professors, and fans are encouraged to attend and show their appreciation for the players and coaches who made history this season. 

The event will feature a program that honors the team and coaches, along with opportunities to meet and take pictures with players and coaches. The celebration is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the athletes who represented JCCC at the highest level. 

This national title is not only a win for the team but a proud moment for the entire JCCC community. It reflects the dedication, sacrifice, and excellence that define Cavalier athletics. Friday’s event will be a time to come together and celebrate the hard work, unity, and unforgettable season of the JCCC women’s basketball team.
