I attended SIDLIT (Summer Institute on Distance Learning and Instructional Technology) this year. It’s put on by Colleague2Colleague and always has lots of good seminars. I attended ones on making short videos, using SketchUp in the classroom, and a university’s ebook pilot. I especially enjoyed the SketchUp talk. This program is used at the K-12 level as well as college, to teach classes in history, agriculture and science as well as design.
