Make it in Tinkercad with the thread shape generator, then convert to solid in Design.
Reduce the polygon count of an .stl or .mix file to make it easier to work with in another program.
This was a request from a subscriber. The shoe is rough, but you should get the general idea. Tools used are Combine/Intersect and Sweep.
