Use Combine/Subtract to cut text through a plane.
A bracelet made in Autodesk123D Design is sent to 123D Meshmixer for analysis and then to MakerBot Desktop (5th generation), where it’s sent to a MakerBot Mini and printed.
I modeled this bracelet in 123D Design and printed it on my MakerBot Mini today! Came out pretty good! The default supports generated were very thick, though, and hard to remove. I’ll try making them thinner next time. Under construction. Continue reading I Modeled and 3D Printed a Bracelet
