Andrea Broomfield Publishes

Chair and Professor Andrea Broomfield’s “Food and Culture” bibliographic essay for Oxford University Press’s Victorian Bibliographies project will be published in late April/early May. Dr. Broomfield also published Iconic Restaurants of Kansas City (History Press, American Palate Series) this April.
