  • Submit an online request
    1. Help.jccc.edu (login with your username and password)
    2. Select CREATE AN INFORMATION SERVICES SUPPORT TICKET
    3. Fill in the form and request access to Adobe Creative Cloud

Symantec Antivirus (Install on your personal devices)

  1. From a browser navigate to https://jccc.onthehub.com
  2. 1st time only – Register using your full JCCC account (username@jccc.edu) and create a password for this site
  3. Login to the site
  4. Select Symantec
  5. Select the product (Windows/Mac) and follow directions for installation

Microsoft Office (up to 5 installations)

  1. Navigate to JCCC home page
  2. From Login menu select Office 365 (alternative navigation is o365.jccc.edu)
  3. Enter your full JCCC email address (username@jccc.edu) and password
  4. Select Install Office apps and follow directions

**Installation on a JCCC device counts toward one of the two active installations
