The holiday season may not be celebrated the same as before Covid-19 but neighborhoods are trying to keep the holiday spirit alive and well all while staying safe. One neighborhood, in particular, has been doing a Christmas display tour for years and has no plan of going away. Candy Cane Lane, located at 7900 Block of Outlook Street Prairie Village, Kansas will be open from November 28th-January 1 and is a drive-through display.

This Prairie Village display has been around since 1958 and celebrated its 50th anniversary back in 2007. Each household brings a special touch to Candy Cane Lane. The main attraction lies in the middle of the cul-de-sac and is a 50’ tall Christmas tree covered in a variety of different colored lights.

This neighborhood displays characters from movies adored by all. From The Grinch to the beloved film, A Charlie Brown Christmas. Candy Cane Lane can be admired by the whole family.

This display tour includes everything to spread the Christmas spirit. The props are bright, colorful, and guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
