Prof. Rollins Gets Oriented

This January Ted Rollins gave a presentation titled “Reimagining New Faculty Orientation: Lessons Learned” with Megan Doyle (College Success) and Farrell Jenab (Faculty Development) at the Lilly Conference themed “Teaching for Active & Engaged Learning.”  The presentation was a great opportunity for them to collaborate with peers.  They  shared their experiences at JCCC with revising the New Faculty Orientation (NFO) program.  Also, they offered participants (faculty representing colleges across the country) some recommendations for creating or revising their programs.
