The start of the semester can be a very overwhelming time in students’ lives. Trying to figure out where you fit in can be a challenge for many, so on Sept. 9, Student Life is hosting Cav Kickoff to help.

The event will be held at the COM Plaza and Fountain Square from 10am to 2pm. There will be varieties of entertainment provided, including games and challenges for you to partake in. For brave students, there will be a mechanical bull to test their skills on. Food will be provided, with free tacos for students to enjoy. For students who are wondering what to do outside of class, student representatives will be present to share about clubs and organizations.

Need help finding the tools students need to be successful in college? Student resources will be provided to help assist during the start of the fall semester, giving students vital locations and helpful tips on how to get help with students learning journeys. Come for the food, the entertainment, to get help, or to get involved. No matter what students need to start the semester off the right way, it can be found at Cav Kickoff.
