JCCC community members looking for a family-friendly, Halloween event need look no further than Student Senate’s Trick or Treat for Kids. The event is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Oct. 27, in the Commons dining facility.
Over 20 JCCC clubs and organizations will be distributing candy and hosting Halloween-themed activities such as pumpkin carving and pumpkin painting.
“This is our way of reaching out to the community,” Carson Couch, Student Senate Treasurer said. “We want them to come to the college and experience what we’re experiencing and have a good time.”
