There have been issues on predictably getting a bus in situations of inclement weather, and the Jo and JCCC make decisions independently of each other. (although the Jo does run a reduced schedule when the school is on break – which indicates an awareness that the school makes the route profitable).
This problem lends itself to crowd sourced / inquiry learning project. Start with interviews with riders to discover issues and Brain storm solutions.
