Teams Apps and Add Ons

Teams (and Microsoft) have many apps and add-ons that work within their system. Many of them are part of the Microsoft environment and are easy to integrate into your team and some of them are from outside companies that connect easily within the Teams environment. When exploring the MS environment, it can be confusing to know which of the apps we can actually install and use immediately, which need permission, and which ones don’t apply to us at JCCC. Below is a list of the ones you can add and use at any time. Below that are some use cases videos that may help you decide if those tools will work for your team.
