Success Coaching

We are a team of 6 Success Coaches working as an additional resource for students, working with caseloads of students each semester (optional program). We are a safe, non-judgmental space for students to come and meet with us one-on-one where we can help foster life skills, goal setting, discuss academic challenges, and move students toward ACTION on goals they have set for themselves. Different than an advisor, coaches facilitate the change process for students. They view students as being the expert in their own life and work as partners towards empowering students to take accountability and control of their journey. The coaching process works well with students who need additional support and encouragement… but are willing to go through the work of self-reflection, engagement, and accountability in the change process.
