Your workgroup might be interested in learning about each other’s Work Appreciation Languages. This assessment allows you to dive into how each individual expresses and receives appreciation in different ways.
This assessment is from the same organization who developed the 5 Love Languages. It aims to help leaders and teams understand the importance of recognition and of a tailored approach to each employee.

Reach out to Staff Development. We will send your team the assessment, then break down the results with a 40 minute presentation complete with activities and hand outs to help you remember the best way to appreciate your hard working team.
