The first year for Men’s Tennis was 1979 The program gained National attention under the leadership of Glen Moser.
Head coach for almost 40 years and the JCCC’s men’s team has competed in the NJCAA National Tournament 31 times. Moser guided the men to 22 top-10 finishes and four top-five finishes. JCCC also captured 11 Jayhawk Conference and NJCAA Region VI championships under Moser, including five straight from 1985 to 1989. JCCC finished runner-up on 15 occasions and numerous All-Americans.
