Financial Aid

We help students find ways to pay for college! We also are a support for our community partners, including high schools for general financial aid information and help events/workshops. This year, the primary form that families complete to apply for Federal Student Aid (the FAFSA) and it’s processes are undergoing a HUGE transformation. Navigating this change and the impacts to all aspects of our operations has been a challenge. We work closely with numerous departments on campus for many things financial aid & scholarships, especially in regards to federal regulations that JCCC must abide by to retain eligibility for these programs. Any chance we have to collaborate and learn more about other departments is an opportunity we would want to take advantage of! FAFSA Simplification, KS Promise, Scholarship Opportunities and lots of changes to financial aid in general.
