Scheduling and Events

The scheduling and events team can help you from the beginning of your event, all the way to the end by scheduling the space, facilitating and coordinating set ups, catering and all logistics. The past year we have been working very hard to implement the new scheduling software, SPACES, that replaces ASTRA as the official campus scheduling tool . The scheduling team has conducted training sessions for those that use the software on a regular basis and they are ready to work with anyone who needs assistance with SPACES. Please reach out to the scheduling office with SPACES questions. We look forward to working with all of you in the new year to schedule and plan your events!
