Bob Frizzell Values in Action Award
General Information
This award is named in honor of longtime employee Robert Frizzell. It recognizes individuals who exemplify the college’s values:

- Community Engagement
- Innovation
- Belonging
- Integrity
Nominations must show how the nominee meets at least two of these values in their day-to-day contributions. The nomination must be supported by the nominee’s supervisor. If nomination does not come from the employee’s immediate supervisor, the nominator must first obtain a letter from the nominee’s supervisor to acknowledge and support the nomination and the letter must accompany the nomination form.
Guidelines
Who can nominate: A peer or immediate supervisor
Eligibility: All employees are eligible to receive this award once every 3 years.
Deadlines: Friday, January 31, 2025
Selection Process: Reviewed by an internal group of employees, to award up to 4 employees annually
Obligations/Awards: Awarded employees will receive a $500 taxable award, digital credential, and recognition at the Annual Awards Luncheon.
