This session equips managers and team leaders with practical strategies to foster collaboration, communication, and productivity across generational lines. Participants will explore the unique characteristics, values, and work styles of each generation—Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z—and learn how to address common challenges such as differing communication preferences, motivational drivers, and perceptions of work ethic.
