Individual Development Plan completion is voluntary; however, it may be an eligibility requirement for funding through the Staff Development Office within HR.

You may scan it as a PDF file and send it to staffdev.dept@jccc.edu, or send the hard copy to Staff Development, GEB 262, Campus Mail Box 46. Please save a separate copy for your records.
