This award is named in honor of longtime employee Robert Frizzell. It recognizes individuals who exemplify the college’s values.
These awards are to recognize employees’ outstanding efforts and major achievements in one of the four areas of the college’s strategic plan: Student Success; Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion; Community Partnerships; and Employee Engagement.
This award is given to employees who have worked at JCCC for a minimum of 6 months but less than 2 years and have exhibited excellent performance that shows promise of future growth in their area.
A sabbatical leave may be granted for any activity which, in the judgment of the Board of Trustees, will contribute to personal and professional growth. Sabbatical leaves are available to all full-time salaried staff after six years of full-time employment.
