Accomplishment: Moving our operations online included moving the Board and Board Sub-Committee meetings online. With that task at hand, Matt Holmes, Adrian Swan and Barrett Beasley took the lead to evaluate Zoom Webinar as a tool to meet this need. The team evaluated the many settings and configurations, additional licensing needs, and completed several iterations of testing as a proof of concept. Following that phase of the process, Adrian Swan, Jason Brunkan, Derek Nester, and Jason Zeh took the lead in serving as host and co-host for the upcoming meetings. The team set up dry runs with the meeting presenters to help them gain familiarity with the tool prior to the “live” event, assisted with training as needed and have successfully supported the live stream events for each of these meetings. This is a fantastic example of teamwork across departments to meet the needs of the organization and very deserving of recognition of the great work accomplished.
