Bessie Lee Neal Memorial Scholarship

The Bessie Lee Neal Memorial Scholarship recognizes outstanding students, with preference given to single parents and students pursuing economics-related degrees or general business. To qualify for this scholarship, you must:

• Complete and submit the JCCC Admissions Application.
• Complete and submit the JCCC scholarship application.
• Complete and submit a voluntary supplemental application.
