We service a wide variety of clients and differentiate ourselves by forming strong business to business relationships so we can provide tailored services.  We are growing and are adding a Project Tracking Specialist to our dynamic team of professionals.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for growth in a technical company.

The Project Tracking Specialist will work directly with our Leads and Programmers to set and monitor project schedules, and ensure that the project progress is recorded in our software. The incumbent will also perform TFS User Testing and assist with managing the front desk as a backup.

Preferred candidates will have at least 5 years of professional work experience, preferably in a technical environment. Some skills in database or programming are highly desired.  The Specialist must be detail oriented and thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.  A positive professional demeanor and a calm presence is essential.  Must communicate easily, be exceptionally organized and forward thinking.  Prior work experience must include the necessity to document fully and be a creative problem solver.

Heritage offers an exceptional family friendly work environment.
