WORDPRESS I N T E R N S H I P: We are a small startup company looking for bright talented and detail orientated individuals to help us create clean cutting-edge interface designs and information architecture for our websites; that includes splash pages, landing pages and sales pages. Must have basic to mid level graphic and web design skills.

ALL WEBSITES will be built using WordPress. The position is a part time on site placement (20 hrs. per week). Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus: writing code in HTML5/CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Creating, editing and modifying templates for a CMS web development a must. As your skills grow your responsibilities will increase. Preference will be given to web builders who are also graphic designers.

Full Time. Must be available to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday – Friday.

Reports to:  Programmer/Analyst

Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited too):

  • Providing general help desk support for our end users
  • Supporting the initiatives of the Tickets For Less IT department
  • Performing general organizational and administrative functions for the IT department
  • Coordinating the scheduling of calls and meetings with Tickets For Less IT 3rd party vendors
  • Providing excellent support and service to our end users in an efficient manner
  • Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications: 

  • Must have an aptitude for technology and technical support
  • Educational pursuit in Computer Science, IT Management or similar preferred
