Information Technology-Networking and Cybersecurity

The Cybersecurity Competition in the IT 239-Ethical Hacking course has concluded, and we have two winners which both selected the CompTIA PenTest+ voucher as their prize. We are supporting students in their effort to attain certification.

Faculty member Andrew Lutz is working on a Carl Perkins grant which aims to help a group of 6 students become CompTIA A+ certified. Passing two exams is required for certification. 5 of the 6 students reported passing the first certification exam. Students will be attempting the second exam within the next month.
