The ultimate customer is always the patient, however this role will provide service to many internal and external customers. Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree – Required 1-3 Years experience in Cerner Millennium – Preferred Knowledge, Skills: Required: Organizational Communication: Verbal and Written Microsoft Office Ability to Multi Task and Prioritize Analytical Microsoft Office Troubleshooting Working knowledge of one or more of these Cerner processes: Event Set hierarchy, Security, ccl, bmdi, PowerInsight, interfaces, charge services, operations, domain strategy – Preferred
