Bickford Senior Living – IT support & Help Desk

Bickford Senior Living is looking for a Full-Time IT Support Person.

Primary Duties Include:
• Provides helpdesk support and resolves problems to the end user’s satisfaction
• Walks customers through the problem-solving process
• Manage PC setup and deployment using standard hardware, images and software
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
• Performs timely workstation hardware / software upgrades
• Troubleshoots and repairs existing computer hardware / software issues
• Supports Android tablets and cell phones
• Provides support for proprietary software programs

Role Requirements:
• Associates Degree from college or technical school; two years related work experience;
or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience as a help desk technician or customer support role
• Working knowledge of MS Office 2013 and 2016, Windows 7 and 10
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Working knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop 7.6 and thin clients a plus
• Ability to learn and support new and quickly changing technologies
• Ability to research solutions/information regarding technical issues
