An established company experiencing tremendous growth, looking to immediately fill a position for a PC / Desktop / Mobile Device / Handheld Device Technician to provide outsourced technical services to medium- and large-sized businesses in the Midwest. As a High-Level Technician you will be the backbone of our services and have the opportunity to work with many different types of devices and under limited supervision.
Day-to-Day Technician responsibilities include:
- Learn our business model and service offerings
- Provide PC / Desktop / Mobile Device / Handheld Device Support Technician services to clients
- Document your successes in a timely and understandable manner
- Flexible hours (availability) and the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Qualifications Needed:
Desired Technical Skills/Abilities include:
- Advanced abilities in a “break-fix” repair skills
- Experience with 802.11
- Experience supporting mobile handheld devices
- Experience with ghosting
- Experience with re-imaging
- Experience supporting Backup Solutions
- Experience with Windows Mobile 6.5 is a plus
- Experience Motorola, Dell, IBM, Blackberry, iPad, or iPhone is a plus
- Soldering abilities and experience is a plus
- Advanced diagnose and troubleshooting skills
- Adept at utilizing resources and finding solutions
