This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technical support professional looking for fantastic opportunity with a dynamic and successful company.¬† The agent will follow mandatory troubleshooting steps to isolate issues and document / replicate problem or resolution. The customer support/technical support agent will raise awareness of issues to management on any technical trends that arise during their shift. In addition to technical support, this position will provide support for non-specific customer issues, billing and sales questions. ¬† Accountabilities¬† – Respond promptly and thoroughly to support inquiries received via telephone, email, instant chat – Ability to patiently guide customers through trouble shooting steps while evaluating root cause of issues – Independently resolve technical/customer support issues and escalate cases when appropriate – Provide valuable ‘front line’ feedback to the Support Management Team – Ability to meet standard call center metrics which include, but are not limited to, handle time, after call work time, quality assurance standards and team service level measurements. – Other duties as assigned – Demonstrate self-discipline in adherence to schedule

Qualifications Needed:

– High School diploma or equivalent – Comfortable working with a variety of desktop applications – Knack for troubleshooting and the ability to see a task through from start to finish – Sharp attention to detail and accurate replication of issues – Time management ability while multi-tasking – Professional, responsible and courteous phone presence – Cordial, patient and graceful demeanor during heated situations – Must be an energetic with strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
