ISPN ‘Internet Services Provider Networking’ is currently seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with computers, internet technology, and people! ISPN is a 24/7 advanced solutions helpdesk where employees are valued and trained to support numerous ISP providers throughout the United States. At ISPN you learn how to troubleshoot multiple variations of internet connectivity, you gain experience with numerous types of modem equipment, networking devices, GUI interfaces, and administrative utilities. You learn the knowledge necessary to resolve technical issues, and you obtain employment experience of a proven IT professional! Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will have basic knowledge of common residential routers, managing wireless connections and security, experience setting up email applications, and most importantly the ability to provide friendly instructions over the phone as you assist customers with technical issues.
